Strategic Problem Solving for Experienced Business Owners
You started your business with a particular set of values, ideas, ambitions, and goals. You worked hard and achieved most or more than you set out to.
Your business has provided income, stability, work you enjoyed, fulfillment, and opportunities for personal growth. You have a solid reputation in your industry for the work you do. People know your name and respect what you’ve created.
You’re grateful for all of that.
But something has changed, either gradually or suddenly. Things may still look good from the outside, but on the inside, something no longer feels right.
Maybe the change is obvious, like a personal health crisis, a divorce, kids leaving, aging parents. Or maybe it’s subtle, like a quiet whisper with nothing specific to point to, just an inner feeling that something about your business isn’t quite right anymore.
You’ve tried to navigate your way through it, maybe for a few months or few years. Programs, coaches, masterminds, spreadsheets, endless AI chats. Nothing has helped you understand what’s actually going on or what to do about it.
Even if you can’t fully explain it, you know that the business you built no longer works for you and your life like it used to. You just can’t tell what the real problem is, let alone what to do about it—especially because you rely on the income.
The problem is impossible to see clearly. It’s like trying to do surgery on yourself or read the label from inside the jar. It just doesn’t work.
You’re at a point where you realize solving this issue isn’t something you can do on your own. You need a different kind of support.
What I Offer
I work with experienced business owners who’ve built something real from their expertise. What they built no longer works for them like it used to, but they don’t know what needs to shift or how.
I see what’s going on underneath the strategies, practical considerations, and real life circumstances—what you haven’t been able to see for yourself. I help you figure out what’s no longer working, why, and what to do so your business works for you again.
I don’t have formulas or blueprints, because there isn’t one right answer. My job isn’t to tell you what changes to make. It’s to help you see the situation clearly enough that the next steps become apparent.
From there, you can make a plan. Because once you understand what’s actually happening, you can build a strategy that fits who you are, the life you’re living now, and the business you want to lead next.
How We Work Together
All clients begin with a Strategic Problem-Identification Session.
During this 90 minute session, we’ll take an honest look at your business and what’s feeling off, whether you can clearly name it or not.
We’ll look at what’s working and not working—for both you and the business. We’ll get really specific, teasing apart the nuances that you may not have even noticed before.
By the time the session is over, we’ll have identified what the real problem is, the one you haven’t been able to see clearly because you’ve been in it. You’ll also understand why you’ve been unable to fix it and what potential paths are available to you from here.
Some clients leave knowing exactly what they want to do next and are ready to move forward on their own.
Other clients realize they’d benefit from a thought partner as they work through the decisions and changes that lie ahead.
For those clients, I offer Strategic Advising and Coaching. These one-on-one sessions are paced in whatever way works best for my clients and include support between sessions as needed.
Investment
The Initial Deep Dive Strategy Session is $500.
Follow-up engagements are customized to the client, so rates vary. They typically begin at $1500/mo.
