You are going to unsubscribe from lots of email lists.
Follow these quick steps RIGHT NOW for some email stress relief.
1. Set a timer for 5 minutes.
2. Go to your email inbox.
3. Look for any emails you aren’t going to read.
4. Open those emails.
5. Click the unsubscribe links, then delete those emails.
6. Next, go into your trash.
7. Search for emails from senders you always ignore.
8. Open those emails.
9. Click the unsubscribe links.
10. Continue your unsubscribing frenzy until the 5 minute timer goes off, then stop.
Now, take a deep breath and smile.
Doesn’t that feel good?

Good for you! It’s so great, isn’t it?!

On the same page with this one Jenny – I did it a few weeks ago and Christmas felt less chaotic because of it…. And I am reminded that I could use 5 more minutes to weed out a few others!
Jenny Shih says
Nice, Caryn! I try to do this regularly as my routine email hygiene. Every once and awhile I need a deeper purge.
Alison Elissa Horner says
I did it too Jenny! Also cleared my inbox for a few minutes. Very helpful reminder.

Woo-hooo, Ali! Feels so good!
Sue says
WhoooHooo! That felt good, Jenny – thanks for the great advice. I try to check email twice a day for 25 minutes each time and the amount of email was making me go up to an hour each time. Not any more!

Way to go, Sue!
