In today’s Build Your Business Challenge, Actionable Advice in 60 Seconds Or Less, I’m going to tell you the first step to making that big dream actually happen.
Funny enough, I had the idea for this video while I was learning to snowboard this past winter.

Thanks Jenny! Love your work and will have a great story to tell you about how you’re helping me take my business to new and incredible levels already.
Thank you, Michael!
Some of the best advice I’ve heard. Thank you for this amazing tip. When I started this was one of the biggest lessons I had to learn. If I had not done this, I would still be one big idea, no clients, no money, helping no one. This is SO important.
Thanks, Kendrick! I appreciate that! You are the perfect role model for exactly this. When you started sales coaching, you started small, working the size of your offers up bite by bite. When done well and exactly like that, big things can happen — and that’s exactly what you’v done!! xo
First, thanks for all your great work Jenny! I love your posts. Second, this seems like such a simple theory, but it MUST be put into practice. I kept wondering why no one would call for my coaching . . . I had to take those foundational bunny hill steps to develop a community and let people know about me and my work! Thanks for the great reminder. Off to do more “bunny hill-ing”
You’re absolutely right! It does sound good in theory but it’s putting it into practice that makes all the difference! Keep up the bunny hilling. You’ll graduate when you’re ready 🙂
I love the challenge and perfect timing because I took the first step today setting up my first webinar. I cant believe I waited this long to do one, and the truth is I don’t really know what I’m in for since I’ve never worked with this technology before! But the only way to learn is to do.
However, its a bunny hill step because It’s not going out/being broadcasted to my list, just to a specific fb group, so it feels like it is gonna be way smaller than it could be, but that’s a good step for me 🙂 And then I hope the next one I’ll step bigger ( hopefully learn/be confident with the technology) and try to get a bigger crew to come join me :))
Thanks for always having such great content Jenny! 🙂
Great option, Tova! One step at a time. The trick is to keep moving forward even if the steps are teeny tiny. You’re doing it!
Love this advice, Jenny. For me, doing a black diamond didn’t look so difficult, when I was standing at the bottom of the hill. But when I got to the top and looked down at the steep run, my knees started to shake and I spent most of the time on my butt. It hurt.
I totally agree with you. Starting with the basics and building from that foundation makes total sense. I’m going to take your advice as I build my group program.
Keep these great tips coming!
You’re so right! A black diamond looks easy from the bottom, but at the top it’s a totally different story… both on the mountain and in business!
I’m loving these 60 second challenge videos.
Thanks for saying so!
My big goal is to be a “master-outsourcer” and have a super-effective virtual team supporting the business. Then I can actually plan to take more time out and enjoy the results that the business brings. So the first steps are to find and train those team members, let go of perfectionism and start slow with them – one task at a time, rather than the whole todo list in one go!
Beautiful, Tamara! Excellent first step. One person at a time, one task at a time. That will DEFINITELY lead you to being the master you’re looking to be. I’m cheering you on!
Thanks for your BYB challenges, they are great! I finally started working on my website and I am now getting quite into it 🙂 It is really helping me to shape what I want my business to look like and feel like.
Excellent! I love that the challenges are helping and that you’re taking action! Way to go!
