During the holidays many of us set business aside and enjoy family time and down time.
For others, you’re finding some solitude and quiet to make some big progress on your business while everyone else drinks egg nog and exchanges presents.
Whichever way you roll, you have my full support, because I do a little bit of both!
In order to create space for the holidays (or just for vacations), we must streamline, simplify, and systematize our businesses. During non-holiday times, this also allows us to spend more time in our genius zones and spend less time on the administrative parts of business.

This is why today I’m going to highlight some of my strategies for just those things — streamlining, simplifying, and systematizing — so you can do more of what you love and less of the other stuff.
Where in your business could you use a little simplification, streamlining, or systematizing?
